CANCELLATION POLICY
A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking, that goes towards your service. Please cancel at least 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancelling within the 48 -hr window WILL result in not being able to transfer your deposit to the rescheduled date & 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. NO CALL - NO SHOW : No response within the first 10 minutes, the appointment is then cancelled and considered a no call-no show. 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file. A 7-minute grace period begins before a $20 late fee is applied to your total. After 10 minutes, you will be notified that your appointment has been cancelled, and a new deposit is required to re-book. All services are non-refundable. Up to 3 days, if any issues come up with the work, contact me directly and I will gladly accommodate you to fix them. If you are having an abnormal reaction, up to 3 days post your appointment, please contact me directly and I will accommodate you to remove the lashes.
